Each DYME offering is designed as an immersive journey, adaptable for festivals, retreats, educational spaces, and community gatherings.

 


1. Tattva — Journey Through the Five Elements


Inspired by the ancient concept of the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether)


Participants explore:

  • The qualities of each element

  • Movement patterns reflecting elemental energy

  • Stillness through yoga postures and breathwork

  • Inner balance through embodiment of nature


A grounding and expansive experience connecting the individual to the rhythms of nature and self.

2. Raagyam — A Journey Through Indian Ragas


A deeply emotive and expressive journey guided by the essence of Indian classical music (ragas)


Participants are invited to:

  • Explore movement as emotion

  • Engage in facial and bodily expression

  • Experience release through rhythm and melody

  • Connect feeling with flow


This offering is intuitive, fluid, and heart-centered—awakening the art of feeling and expressing.

3. Seven Chakras — Energy & Awareness Journey


An inward journey through the seven energy centers (chakras)


Each session focuses on:

  • Movement and postures activating specific energy centers

  • Breath and awareness practices

  • Emotional and psychological themes linked to each chakra

  • Integration of balance, grounding, and expansion

Beyond her work at The Awarenest, Mehak is the founder of BRIDGE (Building Relationships Internationally, Deepening Global Exchange)—an initiative fostering cultural and educational exchange between India and Japan.


She is also the author of the book “31 Daily Practices to Inculcate Mindfulness Meditation in Education” (2019)

—reflecting her commitment to integrating mindfulness and embodiment into learning environments.
